Melanie Stover is the President/COO of Home Care Sales by Power Shot Training, Inc. and brings an extensive clinical sales background to the organization. She has worked in various territories as a successful sales manager as well as a top producer.
Melanie has performed numerous workshops and field training programs for clients focusing on training clinicians to be better salespeople and training professional sales people to produce more in less time through account management, successful selling skills, sales leadership, personal branding, time management and improved customer service. She has also been very involved with operational improvements to meet and exceed referral sources' expectations.
Melanie is an Occupational Therapist with an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Information Systems Management. Melanie has also been a speaker at Power Referrals Conference, Med Trade, CAHSAH annual meeting, NPDA and Corporate National Meetings on the topics of Sales and Marketing.
Home Care Sales by Powershot Training, Inc. offers on-site sales staff evaluation and training, including ride-alongs. Distance learning methods are also available in the form of teleseminars.

For more than 20 years, Elizabeth Zink-Pearson has served the needs of health care providers around the country. Prior to private practice, she worked in the government arena as a judicial clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and as an Attorney Advisor for the U.S. Department of Labor. As a founding member of Pearson & Bernard PSC in 1998, Liz brought her extensive experience in health law and employment law to the firm along with her characteristic informal, nonlegal approach to problem-solving for clients in the ever-changing world of health care.
Over the years, Ms. Pearson has expanded her practice to include corporate organization and merger and acquisitions for health care providers and broadened her representation to include admission to many federal district & circuit courts around the country and the U.S. Supreme Court. Her state admissions include Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
Consistent with the firm’s mission to counsel and educate clients, Ms. Pearson lectures frequently for state and national trade associations on many legal topics, including Medicare compliance, Fraud and Abuse, Corporate Compliance, Employment Practices and Fair Labor Standards Act compliance.
Outside the firm, Ms. Pearson is an adjunct Professor at Chase College of Law, and she shares her legal background with many community charitable groups. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern Kentucky Volunteer Lawyers, as counsel and Board Member of the Faith Community Pharmacy, a local charitable pharmacy, and on the Board of Directors for the National Family Caregivers Association.

Valerie is a Registered Nurse and the author of three books, Aging Answers (2003), The Senior Solution (2007) and Priceless Caregiving (2009). Her adventure in Internet marketing began as a self-promotion experiment and ended up becoming a full-time marketing consulting business for the elder care market.
Valerie has appeared on national television (Today), has hosted her own local radio show and has been interviewed for dozens of publications and radio shows across the country regarding her business and the business of elder care.
She fast became the foremost authority in driving sales via the Internet, seminars and e-mail for senior service providers and elder care entrepreneurs. While Valerie’s best known for her expertise in marketing, her students share that her biggest impact comes from her ability to make things happen quickly, even on a small budget.
