Customer Relations Manager
Seeking a dynamic CRM/Sales Representative to support our Rochester branch office. Primary Job Duties: Relationship building and sales to physicians, hospitals & other community referral sources. Educate patients, hospitals & ALF staff and community resources about the benefits of home care. Represent company at events, fairs, senior trade shows and follow up. Collaborate with others, including all members of branch staff and client’s care team. Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor degree in business/marketing/provider relations preferred. Min 2 years sales/marketing in healthcare. Ability to establish & maintain relationships with referral sources, clients and co-workers. Willingness to travel by car within 50 – 100 miles of office.
